Complaint aginst mts service provider for non submitting upc for mnp
Sir, being a bonafide customer of mts prepaid I have tried to receive the upc for mnp from monday to till dade by sending messages time and again to 900. Besides I have maid several transactions to customer care representatives but without result. It recurred my mental agony as thr customer care representatives tried to console me giving false and fake statement.
