I've purchased symphony air cooler model: ice cube through star cj alive during apr'2012, but within 20 days pump started making the noise; swings not working, cooler body is passing current. I've called up star cj many times they are not lodging the complaint and passing their responsibility to symphony customer care. I've called up symphony customer care several times and registered my complaint, but in turn each time I get sms that their service executive will contact us with in 24 hours and it is almost 1 month is over but their 24 hour still running. As a customer I feel star cj should take complete responsibility of after sales service. Please look into the matter as I DID not get any value for my money. Thanks.
