Airtel sim registration failure

Dear sir/Madam, sub : my airtel sim card registration failed " 737" this is dr narayan from karnataka. I had purchased a prepaid airtel sim card on 22nd may 012. I had responded to your calls for address verification 3 times in last few days even after that yoyu have blocked my number on 012. The mobile number shows "sim card registration failed". So I went to airtel show room to get the duplicate sim, they said the number was recycled. It was shocked to me to hear this from airtel. How is it possible within a day ... ????? there was no call or sms from airtel regarding the deactivation / Recycle. This number is too important for me, as I have provided to friends, relations, jobs, patients, banks and financial institutions. It is too difficult to change for me in all the concerns.
