Tata docomo (formerly known as tata indiacom) billing problem march & april months, 2012

I, rahul M. Gangan, a tata docomo (formerly known as tata indicom) consumer wish to inform you about the billing problem that I M facing from tata docomo billing team. My account number is 2665 & my tariff plan is “value 325 vdata plan”. In march month’s bill the last payment amount figure is mentioned as rs.-716/- Which was wrong and the actual figure was rs.358/- & Another billing mistake that I found in that bill is that on the first page of that bill the due amount shown is rs.503/- And on the second page of same bill the due amount shown is rs.860.89. Then I visited the tata docomo gallery at fort and inquired with tata docomo's customer care team who ensured me that there was some printing problem due to which I got two different figures of amounts in that bill. After then when I went to make the payment of that bill, the cash counter guy had swiped my debit card with amount of rs.861/- (Second page billing figure) instead of swiping with amount rs. 03/- (First page figure). Then tata docomo fort branch gallery manager, mr.Ravi, ensured me that excess amount which was by mistakenly got swiped will be adjusted in the april month’s bill, which is not. In the april month’s bill I got the last payment amount figure as rs.503/- Which was wrong. Hence, I have not paid the april month’s bill because I want to know now the correct billing amount for both the march & april month’s bills. I request you to take immediate actions against tata docomo who has disconnected my connection and giving wrong billing information to solve this problem. Please see the attached images of tata docomo bills for the month of march & april, 2012 with first and second pages and also an image of payment receipt of march month’s bill and my bank account statement which will give you more clarification about the payment made by me against the bills. Today I have visited tata docomo gallery located at ghakopar (west)& shared the above mentioned problem in detail with tata docomo's customer care executive mr. Dharmesh who raised my complaint after verifying all the transaction records. The complaint number is 859. My connection has been disconnected due not making payment of recent bills (april & may 2012)without scrutinizing above probelm with proper solution. Now I want to my correct billing figures for the months, march, april 2012 and the proper solution from tata docomo. Regards, rahul M. Gangan 8733
