Mts not allowing porting out while already action taken by grahak seva

Dear sir/Madam I want to port out my mob. No. My mobile service provider is mts india but mts not allowing me to port out. I was already submitted my complaint in grahak seva. After about 10 days they call me and told me that u send sms agin for porting out dated 2012 then u will get upc code. I send sms ' port 979' between 4pm to 6pm but I didnt get upc code. Sir, I was trying for port out my no. Since about 2 months please take action against mts india, I am submitting my complaint 2nd time. Thanking you

visit your nearest ‘mts store’ submit mandatory documents and fill the customer application form and port-in form pay port-in fee (as applicable) get a new mts cdma sim and request for port-in. New sim purchased will be activated within 7 working days. Activation date and time will be informed to you through sms.
