Airtel digital activation of channel pack without informing

Hello, I am mitesh kumar saini, customer no. 495. I have a complaint regarding activation of channel top-up (zee studio) on 13 march 2012 without informing me, also no request was forwarded by me to activate this channel as I don't watch this channel. This discrepancy came to my notice when 6 month advance rental ws about to expire and I checked my balance on 14th june 012. I called customer care on 14th june 2012 to register my complaint but they didn't register a complaint, they just said that they will remove that channel pack. I know its odd rs -46, but point here is that a reputed company can stoop to this low level to earn some extra bucks.
