Use mts datacard for my internet surfing , mobile no 3787 I DID a online recharge today in morning but still I have not received its credit on my modem , I contacted my bank and confirmed they further investigated and confirmed that recharge was successful, it was been received from some third party tech process solution ltd. I contacted customer care but they confirmed payment is not been received by them , how can that be possible I have done recharge of 99/- Rs now customer care says you have to pay again . They are giving excuses modem might be not in working condition how can that be possible till yest it was working today after recharge it stopped strange I am fed with these kind of services, all my online work is pending this people dont have courtesy to call the customer and sort out the issues, today I am in problem

as per our record the customer service team tried contacting you but your number was not reachable and refund of rs. 999/- Was initiated on 15th june 2012 and it will credit back into your bank account within 7 working days.

I think your customer care didnt tried calling me even a single time all fake
