I am using mts data card from 1 year + and my mts data card speed very slow there is issue in speed every time

and some time I am helpless on this your customer care prvided very stupid solutions like crear cache restart brower computer etc

I have made complaints my times but no one resolve it.

Please solve my problem for

The official response posted on 24th june 2012 by mts customer service india was just false comment and no one has resolved my problem yet.
