Somebody has reedemed my payback points

I have not received the payback card yet my payback account no9401150971916506 and the balance was 2073 but now I find that 1130 points redeemed,it is just asurprise as I have not used my account for any purchase I dont know who has done it please find ou I came to know only through my ICICI credit card statement that some body has redeemed my 1130 payback points
