Naaptol not refunding money

As discussed the summary of the product history with naaptol is as follows : 1) purchase a 102 pcs tool kit on 5th april 012, via order no : 117. 2) received the damaged packet on 17th april 012. 3)spoked with the customer care, and been asked to dispose the old packet. 4) later been asked to return the packet, to there office. 5) product despatched on 27th april 2012.Blue dart courier.. consignment no : 925. 6)on 28th april it was delivered. 7) on may 2nd it was told they have not received the goods. 8) on 24th may it was told product received, requires 4 to 5 working day for refund. 9)the product with js associated warehouse, they are waiting for the product. Need another 4 to 5 days. 10) on may 28th, its mentioned the product is still with naaptol ware house. 11) no reply for 3 consequtive mail. 12) in between made a online complaint having the complaint no :2778340. Spoked with mr.Sanket manjerkar. 13) june 31st received sms from naaptol. Goods delivered, thanks for shopping with naaptol. 14) june 5th mail from mr.Singh, wait for few more days will get the refund. 15) customer care had only 1 answer wait for few more days. They cant pass the number of there seniors. Please make a clear statement, are you willing to refund or making fun of the public money. Mr.Ceo of naaptol, would appreciate if you put your comments into it. Please let me know a clear picture, will I get the refund. If yes when. ( Give a specific date), no 3 - 4 days story. Or tell me you will not refund. Really feeling cheated by purchasing product from naaptol. Regards raju panja
