Previously I had to deposit rs. 50 topup to increase validity period for 6 months. Validity period of my mobile expired on 09.06.12.I deposited rs. 60 topup on 11.06.12.But validity period extends upto 11.06.12.Then I contact customer care no 365. But I could not connect help line/Customer care service centre. It seems to me that those help line serveices are not working now.Local franchises/Bsnl outlet tried to recharge rs 34,rs 80,rs. 180, rs. 42. But they failed.So please intimate me which amonut I shall have to deposit to increase the validity. I am out of connection last 5 days.
