Vodafone Sim card not activated

I have purchased sim card on thursday dated on 7-06-2012 and they had given the promises to activate it by saturday dated on 9-06-2012 but its is still not activated and they had also taken the documents from me pancard & driving license xerox also including deposit charge rs.150.So please look after this matter as earlier as possible.My number is also deactivated from yesterday night by 6o'clock from evening.Also I had visited vodafone gallery but they are not looking in this matter.So please help from this its my humble request towards you. Thank you
