Not able to send sms from airtel number
I am not able to send sms from my airtel number from past some days. I recharged the number with 5 rs sms pack, still its not working. When I try to call customer care, they say 4 to 5 options and when I press the option to connect me to customer care then they disconnect the call saying that "thanks for calling airtel customer care". Atleast they should connect me to customer care. How can this issue be resolved now ?
