Police not take any action against those who has given wrong complaint to the police

Mrs. Shanti devi, lab. Asstt.,Working in s.K.V. Narela, lodged false complaint against my wife with the help of her daughter, namely, smt. Sudesh & smt. Sarita only just for collecting the residence proof of flat no. 900 & 730. Because shanti devi residing in sonipat and sonipat is very near to narela I.E. Her working place and smt. Sudesh is residing illegally in flat no.900 as she has already allotted flat no. 730 type-I, gulabi bagh. Shanti devi totally misguiding to police deptt. And lodged false complaint concealed the fact her actual name is shanno devi, lab. Asstt.In narela school. Asi sh. Pratap singh not seen her actual identity whether she is shanno devi or shanti devi and registered kalendra proceeding file no. 5/12 before sh. Raghubir prasad, spl. Executive magistrate, sarai rohilla. Police deptt. Has not registered any fir against shanno devi
