I am using mchek on airtel (a mobile based payment facility since 009, but from the 1st day of last month (may), I am trying to do several payments like utility bill payment from my mchek on airtel, but I am receiving no link from their side and payment is not processed,when I call to them in the starting of the may their number is ringing but nobody's picking the phone, then I come to know that thier number is changed, then I called to them in the last of the may regarding the same issue and they told me that the problem is from the end of airtel and it will surely be resolve maximum upto last of the may month, but I am facing the same issue right now also, and now none of thier number is picked by any one and they are not replying to my emails also, I think that mchek company is no more, so please don't do any transaction from mchek, as I you do the transaction some times the money will debited from your account but not credited into biller's account, and you get no response from the company as they are no longer.
