Black flims on vehicle's

In month of april & also in june court have clearly banned vehicle having dark black film & transparency less tha 70%, in order it is clearly mentioned to take action ( fine & removal of film at that particular time)& also it should parallel be work out with state government for permanent action.(Fine & transparency checking). There are lot's of vehicle with politician party log on number plate's, no's on number plate are painted in unclear manner (it cann't be easily rectified in case of accident), they are written in two way (no & language). I would request to government & particular dept. To give instruction to deployed office on every post to take necessary action & collect revenue with any hesitation. Also in failure to the same I will request to lodge a fir against the deprt. Head, officer's & government bodies .
