No response of complain by Bagittoday

Sir, I have placed an order to online shopping company bag it today and amount of rs. 1158 has been paid through my credit card on 2012 and they have immediately provide me their order ID 839. After several phone calls and the email they have not respond my complain. Following correspondence attached for reference. Please look into the matter and please try to government to take action against the so called online fraud company like this.
