Tikona braodband poor speed

I subscribed to the broadband services (customer ID 473) offered by tikona digital networks, (which they claim is a 4g service) and paid an amount of rs.950,by cash towards the subscription charges. I was assured that if I am not satisfied with the speed or if service does not work fine they will refund the money.I had used it for 7 days and after that service issue gets started from last 12 days its not working.Since 1st of june I had called up the customer care number of times I can provide you my phone records also I had done daily ten to 15 calls at customer care number 1800 and mumbai number.All the times I get assured that it will get resolved soon we are esclating the same and you LL get good service.But it dint get solved after that I had said on 8th june for disconnection and refund of my amount but still its not done.Plz look in to the matter and do the needful. I would like to thank shruthika "tikona customer care agent" for her wonderful knowledge and dedication towards work I had an issue which was not addressed from more than 2 people and had to take up the issue with shruthika.

I was waiting to get sort out the issue but I did not get any resolution but shruthika has taken an extra initiative to get the issue resolved very quickly.
