BMC authorities not bothered to clean up

Bmc - borivali (east) is responsible for clean up in the stretch between highway & borivali station. There is large debris lying opposite the depot and the authorities don't bother to clean up. People leaving from beer bars and hotels throw beer/Alcohol bottles on the road. I have also seen butchered meat & condoms which is not a very good sight. I walk that stretch early in the morning to take the train and have never ever seend bmc cleaning or have cleaned that area. What is the use of saying clean mumbai green mumbai when the officials themselves don't act on it. We need action ! thanks !
