It is to inform you that today is 19/06/2012 and still my problem is nor resolved. You(airtel) is a fraud company and only cheat innocent customers.

Not almost 20 days over and they(airtel) not sent anybody to resolve my problem. Their area manager(mr. Pradeep das mob. No.09954049657)) tell me atleast 5-6 times that the enginner is on the way but no one is reached to my home. And their sales manager dont remember the name (mob no.0986249127)tell me that engineer will come to my place only if I pay rs.300 otherwise no one will come and if you agree to pay then I will sent or otherwise no one will come after this I am agree to pay rs 200 which is again twice the amount which they charge as service charge but no one came to my home. They only cheat and tell lie.

So any one who read this comment its my suggestion please dont buy airtel service as they only cheat customers.

Mr. Rakesh ranga I know that all persons at airtel are liar but please don't tell lie on such a platform I drag your attension here that till now my problem was not resolved.
