Tata docomo advertisements as customer friendly is a big lie

I had a tata docomo broadband connection in my previous rented apartment. When I was shifting I repeatedly called up customer service and lodged request to provide transfer of my connection to new place. That was march 31st when I left my old apartment and shifted to new rented house on april 1st. They came back to me on april 5th saying they do not have the broadband service in my new area of residence. I asked them to cancel my connection and I am ready to pay the charges till march 31st. I DID paid them and sent them the screenshot of their site showing I have paid my dues. Now I am been called on my phone daily and sent email asking me to pay for april and may dues. I have shown them that I have not used services in april and I have paid all dues and they have replied saying they will proceed with disconnection of service but that never happened I guess. Please do something as there are repeated phone calls forcing me to pay for the services I haven't used. I wish the country can see the true picture of falsified adverstisments showing how true they are. Regards shounak reference numbers for my complaints : 5139 and 3577

See its just copy and paste job they know or how to harass customers. Dear grahak seva I woulk like to lodge a police and legal complaint against tata docomo service. Please tell me the process to do so and what is the best approach. I have all the neccessary proofs.
