Tikona charged me 3000 without installing the broadband at my home

Mohit dhall, who took payment from me on morning on friday I.E 8th june 012, assured me a proper connection to my rooms on broadband with clipping be done on 8th june. Therefore I disconnected my reliance. I works as senior manager in one of the leading telecom companies.. and if tikona does this, I know how to raise these pain points for tikona I have called 4 times to customer care to complete my installation asap as my work is suffering due to inability to connect from home/ Need urgent action on the same.. do not need the connection , refund me 00/- Immediately we have written so many articles against tikona on website due to this, request you to take strong action against mohit dhall who works as a franchise for tikona, and has brought so much defame to tikona.. rgds (for account subscriber no: 876) mobile 0018
