Dominos- online payments system sucks

I have been charged but never received any order. When I spoke with the manager at gk 2 outlet mr. Mandeep singh rana he said he cannot help me. The money that has been charged to you will be refunded with 7 working days but if you want to place an order then you need to pay again. I am not sure if I will get my money, but the system sucks. Online system is rubbish plus the kind of manager they have hired are unprofessional. They do not help their customer in fact they don't even know their process and what to tell the customer. It is always advisable to to pay them on cod and never pay them online. Regards karishma.
