For tata docomo mobile recharge

Sir on 2012 I have recharge rs 49 to 0353 mobile no then I get a recharge msg. Before that recharge I have 82 free std minits but ofter the recharge also the std minits are same.So I cannot get any balance or free talk minits then I contact to customer care thay told me that you already used all talk minits ,but am not get a talk minits I just used previous 82 std monits so please refund me the balance or talk minits regards basavaraj
