Bsnl prepaid mobile recharge done but amount not added

I had done recharge of rs 50 to my bsnl mobile no 0758 on 8th june 2012.I got the sms that recharge done but amount not received.I talked to bsnl customer care representative,but she told it will be transferred later.But I had not received,then I called on 9th june,but they had simply ignored my request.Bsnl customer care centre is the worst customer care.They are not bothered about their customer.
