No water supply in jb 15a, jb14, jb13,jb11,jb11c, jb7, jb4 since 8 may

We are legal connection holders of delhi jal board and are paying our bills regularly. We spent rs.70000.00 and put 2 inch pipe line in our lane where we have 75 flats. Connections were granted by djb from this line. Now from 8th of may 2012 we are not getting any supply form djb in these building. We made several complaints to djb but of no use. They are supplying water first to the 3 malls and then to the court and no supply for the residents. When we insist for the supply they said we can send a tanker but no grantee of water supply to the terrace tanks. Our lanes are narrow and big tankers cannot come. We request them to reverse the process and to supply in our locality through pipelines and to malls and court through tankers, but they are not listening to us and doing in a dictatorial manner. In this summer when temp is touching 46 - 47 degrees can any body survive without water? how long we can buy water through water bottles and water tanks...............we cry for help through this site. Please save us.
