Mts is very bad bad as per customer dealing as per my view. I had taken a new mts datacard M blaze pre-paid connection on 25-05-12 from the mta cannopy retailer in chandni chowk at kolkata. Mentally I suffered very much and no body is there to hear me. He gave sold me dongle by saying its validity 90 days and 15gb but after using I came to know that validity is less then 60 days and has been used and resold. That retailer said me that I cant do against him as he is under the third party pay roll of ma foi consultancy and mts india company is not able to take any connection against him. The name of retailer is biswajit paul. So my personel view is not satisfacyory.
The customer care guys contacted me and were not able to help me in anyway..I am done with mts.. just tel the procedures to cancel my postpaid account...I no longer wish to use mts...and I am going to pay the bill only for this month...if I get any more bills and I dont pay them its not my fault...stupidest speed ever...the only time I get satisfactory speed is at midnight..and I cant stay awake at that time.....

Wth ..I said am done .. I don't need your stupid customer care support..just tel me the procedures to cancel my postpaid account asap...and if u don't I will complain to that also... beware...
