Complaint against ICICI bank credit card loan

I have taken loan against credit card on 9th aug 2008 . Amount rupees ( 0/.) After that we got the emi schedule for rs.3088 . As per ICICI bank person told us . Emi payment start on 7th sept 2008 . We deposit monthly emi amount before the due date . Last emi date on 7/8/2012 current year. But because of their mistake the same extand to more emi's now . The customer executive from ICICI bank credit card division change emi dates first it was 7th off every month 2nd time they have change to 25th off every month 3rd they have given the new date 4th 29th off every month , because of this every time they have charge us late payment fees plus interest . Mistake done by ICICI bank credit card department , as a customer we suffer . We have other 2 to 3 loan payment off same bank but those are clear and closed successfully ( rs.9650/.) + / (Rs.2250,) /( Rs.3327/.) But in this credit card loan payment they have cheated us a lot . Very poor customer support by ICICI bank credit card department . Now they are saying your outstanding amount due rs. 2.54 . The real amount should be rs.22783/. Now they have given us new date 2nd off every month and the amount change emi rs. 50/. The same amount started from nov 2011 again they have giving late payment charge on our credit statement , every month before due date which was 2nd off every month taken by hand delivery payment collection guy . Now allso they charge late payment fees . The same forwarded to all consumer form to rbi ICICI bank head office akosha forum but never get any possitive reply . Because of this problem I have closed down my ICICI bank account ( borivali branch ) and 2 other ICICI bank credit card stand alone & addon card with cleard payment , and the other credit card no 8006 with clear payment was cancel by ICICI bank reason given defaulter customer . No problem this is because off thier mistake all this think happening . Last to person by ICICI bank chandivali branch mr sunita shinde contact no.022 - 1252 . She told us make last payment off rupees.3088/. Your loan will be forclose by ICICI basnk . But now she never comes on phone and ignore us , 2nd lady by ICICI bank chandivali branch ms. Bhakti contact no.022 - 252. Today she told us to visit chandivali branch and make last payment off rupees.8000/. The loan will be foreclose after going there they are demanding rupees.52000/. The person ho attend us mr.Sharad purohit contact hin today 16/5/12 . Last telephonic conversation with ms. Sunita shinde recorded but still they are not accepting their fault , from last 3 years we are paying this emi . I am a regular emi paying customer suffer - very poor service by ICICI bank credit card dept , they can check their own record from 2001 my ICICI account stand without any issue .
