Connectindia not delivered product and not refunded money

I have ordered a indicom mobile set on 05-06-2012 through connectindia.In from mr. Vineet sharma , number is 8979 and payment has been done for that mobile set. But product not deliever yet. And payment also not refund money of that mobile set. I request you to take an action for this quickly. Thanks ankit sharma
