Jabong.Com - cheater company

Dear friends, I bought one fcuk gift set on 13-05-2012 for a special occasion scheduled on 21st may . At the time of buying I checked with jabong customer care regarding delivery of this particular item and they confirmed me by saying that non metro cities take 4-5 days and since you are living in kolkata , it will reach you in 2- 3 working days. On 17th when I enquired with jabong customer care team I was kept on hold for 8 minutes and then I have been told that we could not send you the item because of the quality issues, you may please re-order the product and this time we will send the product to you but you have to make a fresh purchase for the same product. Today its approx 22 days since have passed but I am the only one who is contacting jabong people , there is not reply from their side. I contacted mr. Vashishth jain (his public profile mentions- enterprenuer - jabong.Com) he said I can not look into some one else's department, but will try to help me . Its more then 15 days no response from any department. Again on 22nd I got a call and asked that customer care executive to transfer the line to her senior but even after 20 minutes of hold no one spoke to me . On 24th on sunday at 8.45pm I got a call again from an executive saying the same thing that please make a fresh purchase so that we can ship you the material and the said product can not be shipped with your existing purchase. Immediately I aasked mr, vashishth jain that is this the time to call a customer on sunday ? he said he will look into the matter but no response . Guys worst is yet to come for me as no one is talking about any other product .. no one is talking about the refund, they are talking about refund only if I am placing a fresh order. Today on 6th I got a call from a team leader and when I was telling her about the issue she kept the phone away and I felt this , she said sorry for what has happened with you and when I asked her to repeat what I said she was dumb because she was not listening to me . What the hell is this happening . Jabong is advertising extensively online but they need to check their bases. If this kind of managers and customer care executives will be there I dont think this organisation can run for more. My suggestion is to stay away from jabong.Com else your money is going into a dustbin.
