Contry club fraud

I and my wife kanchan was called to country club office in centre stage mall, sector 18 on 30th may 012. Over there they introduced us to country club and their representative shoaib explained me the benefit and told us that it would cost us just 6500 per year. Then he called up his senior executive yoginder who told us that for 30 years it would cost us one time 5000 if I do down payment, and there would be no extra charges on top of this. I thought this amount is 6,500*30 year and some discount on top of it. Upon some negotiation they agreed on 000. It was almost 9pm, and they asked us to sign at couple of places quickly and assured they would fill remaining details by themselves. On 31st morning, my friend told me that ,500 is on top of the payment made by me. I immediately called shoaib/Yoginder to confirm this and asked him to cancel my plan as I was never told about this and I have not at all taken any any service of countryclub also till now. They told me that this is non refundable and I have signed for that too. I said I am coming back within 24 hours of agreement and they should deduct the processing charge and return my money but they refused. I contacted countryclub customer care too but got same response from there. My membership ID provided ID ccdl11v30lw12391. I have hand written documents by shoaib/Yoginder where there is no mention of additional 500. I plan to go to consumer court for refund of my money from countryclub and would also like to file case of fraud/Cheating against shoaib/Yoginder. I would like country club to come and explain there stand, that why can't they cancel my membership. Regards, nityanand
