Plz stop netwap service in docomo mobile
Respected sir/Madam, I am not able to deactivate netwap service messages which has been started without my permission. I don’t know how you(tata docomo)people started some cricket alert on my cell on its own which deducts 1 rupee everyday from my balance. I have tried all means of communicating customer care but the response is not satisfactory; and I am afraid of recharging my account because I know again 1 rupee will be deducted from my account. Whenever I tried to call tata docomo people, the machine says ‘‘all our service representatives are busy,please email us etc’’ . So, it means that my calls are blocked for customer care. This is not good, if I am not able to contact tata docomo people how can they resolve the problem and if their customer is in need how will they resolve his/Her problem. So,I M thinking of portability option or will stop using thisnumber. My number is 798. So please if possible then do the need full action.
