Dtdc-further to complaint ID:64676-non delivery of courier after one week of despatch

Hello further to the complaint ID:64676, I have been calling to the dtdc offices since morning but no result. First I called up to madiwala office and they said it's in electronic city office. They only gave me one no 2375 to contact.When I tried this no ,nobody picked the call.Then I searched in googled for electronic city-bommasandara office and got one landline and cell no as well.Landline as usual came busy 3-4 times.Then I tried on the cell no.9845390937 and after trying 2-3 times some fellow picked the call and said it's out for delivery and he gave me the cell no of delivery boy(9663771807).When I called the delivery boy's no he said ...he doesn't have the courier in my name....I was literally surprised to hear this.Then the delivery boy gave me his manager's no which was same as 9845390937.I have been trying continuously to this idiot fellow's no and this b******t is not picking the call now. This dtdc is has made fun of word "courier" .They should be banned.This is not the first time it has happened to me.They had been delivering late but at least were delivering. But this time I am not sure.. if I would be getting my courier or not. Please take strict action against dtdc now itself and if possible file a police complaint as well.This is not a matter of money or courier but their credibility.And their careless attitude and shamelessness will make them worst only.
