Mnp from idea to vodafone not done for delhi circle prepaid no

I had ported out my 2 prepaid mobile nos 1430 & 440) from idea(delhi circle) to vodafone(delhi circle). My idea nos got deactivated on may 31st (midnight) but till now (june 4th) vodafone has not been able to activate my services for both the nos. To add to my plight, today I got a message from vodafone that I have not submitted the documents. Everyday I have been making rounds to my nearest vodafone center in dwarka but to no avail. I think in such cases trai should waive off the 90 day stipulation to port out of vodafone. I am suffering for no fault of mine....
