Misbehaviour from easy day store staff

Hi, I want to bring in notice of higher authority about the misbehaviour of easy day staff at gujral nagar jalandhar store. I M the regular customer of easy day from last 2 years. Before this time the staff was very co-operative. But it was the new staff named monika who talk very rudely. There were so much of customer watching this type of behaviour, so me also feel so embarrassed, but it was lady staff so I DID'nt argued. Also customers advised me to complain about this matter to higher authorities. Plz take necessary action about your staff's dealing with customer...thnx
