(Note: am permanent user of blackberry from last 4yrs. And now switched from torch9800 to bold9900 for higher expactation) after I was back to my home at coimbatore I was shocked realizing that I was not able to take any photos using mobile camera from my new bb bold-4. I've never seen anything like this before where such an expensive cell phone with manufacturing defect is been sold out this was brought in notice to your customer care centre (redington india pvt.Ltd. R.S.Puram coimbatore) immediately and on contacting them they have issued me a doa certificate. Cade ID: bb0404316 and wo: cbe/Bb/12/00299 and DC no.:Cbe/CD/12/00292 I have been a regular blackberry user for 4 years and has never had reason to complain. I expect this is a rare defect, and that there will be no issue with getting a replacement at my doorsteps or at any nearby stores, since going all the way from coimbatore to mumbai leaving all my job just for a replacement is not feasible. Hence I request you to kindly arrange to send a replacement immediately without any further delay as it has become must for my day to day business transactions.
