This is s.K. Saxena here and I would like to bring your attention towards a serious problem which I am facing from your service centre. I have purchased a godrej champion refrigerator on august 3, 2006 from chhatarpur - madhya pradesh. Recenly the cooling in fridge has stopped and then I approached the service centre (owner - mr. Dausa) on may 25, 2012 and logged a complaint there. On may 26, 2012 mr. Manish (service engineer) visited at our place, checked the refigerator and us that the gas of the refrigerator has been choked and then without doing anything he went back. Againt the same complaint was reported to service centre on may 27, 012. In the evening only mr. Ramesh (service engineer) visited our place and after checking the refrigerator told us that gas has been leaked and went back without doing anything. Then on may 28, 2012 again I called up service centre for the same complaint. For he whole day they keep on telling me that they are sending some mechanic and with gas. But ultimately nobody came. And in the evening again I called up the service centre and told him that no mechanic came to my place for repairing. I was surprised to know from service centre that mr. Ramesh (service engineer) who visited on may 27, 2012 reported at service centre that complaint has been resolved. And when I told them it is not like that and still the problem is there then there are lot of arguments. In the same matter when I aproached mr. Dausa (owner of the agency) he started misbehaving like anything and refused to provide services and told me "jo karna he wo kar lo"(whatever you want to do you can do). Need support from your end urgently.
