Mchek on tata docomo sim

Thanks for grahak seva for resolving my previous issue. But the issue came again when I moved the sim to another mobile."Mchek on tata - processing" appears on my phone screen which remains for a period of time .I cant do any thing on my phone or use when it appears.I have tried to de-activate but cant remove it or deactivate it.Tata docomo mchek is irritating and keep pooping up every 2-3 min in my number 8144 making impossible to use my phone and wasting battery. I call up customer service, they say they do not have any option to de-activate pls deactivate it.
