Dear sir, I purchased an blackberry mobile handset from naaptol on 012. It was working fine with blackberry enterprise server for one to two weeks and stopped. When enquired with airtel they said this is cdma phone and will not work on airtel network if it displays edge in small letters. Actually for data to work it should display edge. This is some technical error with these phones. I wanted to complain to naaptol over the phone no. 148. First instance he asked us to call after half an hour saying that the system is slow. After half an hour when called again, I was holding for 10 minutes listening to music that they played, then after 10 minutes, one person came up on line and after listening to me he said their system is slow and he cannot take my complaint and asked me to call after another half an hour. When I insisted to talk to their supervisor, he argued with me saying when the system is slow why should he transfer it to his supervisor. Saying this he disconnected the phone. On the other side when I had called up for purchasing, that no. Was answered instantly. Naaptol has duped me by selling a wrong product. I want either a proper product of blackberry with will work on gsm/Edge or return my money back. I am ready to send the product back to naaptol.
