Wrong blackberry handset delivered to me from Naaptol

Dear sir, I purchased an blackberry mobile handset from naaptol on 012. It was working fine with blackberry enterprise server for one to two weeks and stopped. When enquired with airtel they said this is cdma phone and will not work on airtel network if it displays edge in small letters. Actually for data to work it should display edge. This is some technical error with these phones. I wanted to complain to naaptol over the phone no. 148. First instance he asked us to call after half an hour saying that the system is slow. After half an hour when called again, I was holding for 10 minutes listening to music that they played, then after 10 minutes, one person came up on line and after listening to me he said their system is slow and he cannot take my complaint and asked me to call after another half an hour. When I insisted to talk to their supervisor, he argued with me saying when the system is slow why should he transfer it to his supervisor. Saying this he disconnected the phone. On the other side when I had called up for purchasing, that no. Was answered instantly. Naaptol has duped me by selling a wrong product. I want either a proper product of blackberry with will work on gsm/Edge or return my money back. I am ready to send the product back to naaptol.

Dear naaptol team

my order reference no. Is 3948626.

Today I again tried to call on 09223516148 for 4-5 times and the same happened. After getting connected the message comes as "all our customer service executives are busy at this moment" each time I waited for 10 minutes and disconnected. No response at all.

Now am sure I do not want any other phone. But I want my money back. Please ask aramex to pickup the phone by intimating me in advance. I have kept all the material that I received along with the box.

But when I called up on order booking no. The lady picked up the phone instantly and I gave my no. To her and asked her to arrange some one call me. Yesterday being sunday she assured that someone will call me today but no one called me till now.

This really is a worst ever experience.

Dear naaptol team

I am not happy with the solution that was given by your partner alpha radio. They couldn't solve the problem over phone and asked me to visit their service center in mumbai. When I visited it was not a service center and it was just a logistics depot. They will accept my material and send wherver it is spppose to be sent to.

As such I feel cheated and I want my money back immediately. Please let me know as whether I should give this black berry mobile back to your that depot and advise them accordingly. And let me know within how many days do I get my money back.

Sad experience with naaptol.
