Tvm organization and product are fraud

I purchased tvm easy slim tea.Its really a fraud organization. I received a duplicate product,when I asked for replacement,the tvm representative give n assurance to replace that.But after that he is not receiving the call.When I am trying to their office number nobody is picking the call.
