I had purchased the holiday package from bag it today department. But due to following reason I want to cancel it. So I sent the back the package to bag it today and they have received the same. Reason: I purchased the same for my cousin to gift her. But when I gave them and they planned for their honey moon they came to know that its not transferable, which had spoiled their honey moon. This information has not been shared while explaining the plan of this package. So now I dont want this service to be use now. I lodge complaint in bag it today customer care and they told me to return the package they will refund the money. Today (16-apr-2012) I called up third time to ask about the status. After calling so many time they told me now its not refundable. Request you to help me out to get the money from them.
