Forcely capture of land for way by individual person

Dear sir, with benignity request, I beg to lay down the following facts before you for your kind protection in this regard that I have contructed my newly home at hatiara,satsangh pally,uttar math as per kolkata municipal coporation rule and as per blue print of land there are 6 person under the dag no. 2783 and we have left 3 ft.Place in before for common passage as per bllr blue print and this path will be used by only six person who are registered under this dag. Sir, today around 6.30 a.M. Namely mr.Arun pramanik, bubai naskar son of shyamal naskar & subir naskar son of anup naskar residing at hatiara with the help of ten local gunda came to our land for forcely capturing our common passage by giving link to other way by filling soil for others which are not under this dag. And on objection they are threatening and abusing. He has taken some brive from them who has not their path for capturing our land for path.Sir, this land is purchased by us how it can be used by others. So, I have come to you for getting protection from illegal activities against our land as they can not caputre my land.
