Duplicate Tvm easy slim tea bags

I had seen an advertisement on tv saying that if you drink easy slim tea for 2 months you will shed 8-10 kgs weight. Accordingly I ordered the tea bags, they were delivered to me on 012, the next day on payment of cash of rs 60/- + 150 delivery charges. But after consuming the same there has been no effect on my weight. Later I discovered from my colleague who had also ordered before me I month back, it seems that her tea bags are different from mine.Hers were tea bags with thread hanging and her tea was black whereas mine was only tea bag and tea was light green after dissolving in boiling water. I realised that the outer carton of the tea bags is the same but the contents are different I.E I have been cheated with duplicate tea bags. I kindly request you to either give me a replacement of the original tea bags or give me the refund of the money I paid.
