Respected sir/Madam I am the senior employee of bajaj allianze.I am working in a health administration team(hat) department in bjaja allianz in vimannagar,pune. I am quite sincere and smart working candidate.I always try to complete any task with perfection. I always give my best to organization.So I always care about the reputation of bajaj allianze. But I got a very serious complaint of one of the bajaj allianz health insurance policy agent.His name is ranbir rathod working in a uruli kanchan on solapur road,near pune.He has a customer in pune city who has taken a bajaj allianz health policy named as nijam-uddin shekh .He was paying yearly rs.10000 as insurance policy installment. On 6 th december 2011 ,suddenly his brother got brain stroke,so nijam-uddin admitted his brother in a reputed hospital resides in kothrud,pune. This hospital is tied up with bajaj allianz.So they easily provide health insurance faclity to policy holder.But there were some technical problems regarding the policy.So hospital administration could not compensate all the money charges of hospital with insurance policy.Hospital was not able to accept the nijam-uddin's insurance policy.So treatment of nijam-uddin's father was delayed. Nijamu-uddin called the customer care executive named as pradnya dilip dhale, working in bajaj allianz.He told her all the details of a problem.He explained her why insurance policy is not acceptable by hospital? he requested to solve technical problem.She told him that after 3 days problem of insurance policy will be solved.But after 3 days also problem was not solved.If she could not solve the problem,she should inform the senior person.But she never told anything to concern senior empolyee.Till the date that she has not forwarded the complaint to me. And the result is ,nijam-uddin's policy was not accepted by hospital.And beacuse of delay in the treatment,his brother suffered because of paralysis attack.So his left arm and left leg was paralysed.As nijam-uddiin's financial condition was average.He was saving money for any futute health complaint by this insurance policy.He was fully dependent on this policy.So he had no other source of money for treatment other than this policy.But he couldnt get the help of this insurance policy at time by bajaj allianz.This our big defeat. Pradnya dilip dhale who is working as customer care executive in health administration team(hat) department of bajaj allianz vimannagar,pune,is not a sincere employee.She is not eligible to work as customer care executive.Rather we can say that she is not eligible to any kind of work.She has not good intelligence quotient.I have told her number of times about her mistakes.I told her number of ways of interacting with customers.I have told her precise ways to solve the problem of customer.I gave her proper training to improve.I gave the training again and again. I told her to talk to other employees to change herself. But pradnya dilip dhale is not ready to change.She has not intelligence quotient.She is slow-witter and obtuse.She is unworthy.She is discredited. I shout at her but she is so stobborn.Pradnya dhale is very arrogant and insolent.Pradnya dhale really behave like a beggar.Pradnya dhale is a beggar. I tried to convince her in very polite manner but she doesnt change.She is very uneligible to work.She is a crazy bunk. Properties of pradnya dhale are exactly similar to properties of slum area. Slum area is very dirty and it never change.Good people should not wait to change slum area ;rather they should come out of slum are.So pradnya dhale will never change. Please take a action!!
