Manufacturing defect in Honda shine bike

I had purchase the honda shine on 011, from the first service I am continuously reporting to the show room that there is a problem with head lamp and tail lamp , when I given my bike to the patny showroom, hyderabad they clearly informed me that it is a manufacturing defect and they cannot do any thing with the problem. They are providing the temporary solution like affixing the two side tape both for front and tail lamp, could any one help me what to do with this problem??????
