Speakasia cheated me

My friend mr gopi joined me in his downline on june 2011 and recived cash rs11000x3no=33000 on my panelist account by cash, and I atten nearer 11 survay for my 3 no account and not recived even 1 paise money return from speakasia company in this regard speak asia stoped the survay,after maney enquri from speakasia company admin person side I got the online refund mail form I fill the form and send back to speakasia within the date of mention in form.But still date there is no reply mail from the company for my form. (In this stage the company is doing the cheating things to the panalist numbers !. Per example; the refund mail form is send through singapore office software its difficult to fill on our number side and there is no reply mail to the submited forms) please help us we are suffering a lot of speakasia, thanksregards kasi ID;kassiviswanath@yahoo.Co.In ph 040.
