Fraud case against bagit today
Dear sir, I have received a call from mr. Sachin of bagittoday from india today group on 012. He gave me a offer of a dell laptop for rs14000/- And a I-phone for rs12000/-. He told I will get a holiday 4 package free with these products. He asked my all credit card details and atm pin no and made the payment himself for rs 00/- And rs6000/- From my debit card of uco bank and axis bank.I told him that you have taken 00/- More from my axis bank account then he told that it was in suspense account and it will be refunded within a week. I have cheked my axis bank account and the amount has still not been refunded. On 10/5/2012 I have received 4 holiday package vouchers which was offered to me as a gift. I have still not received the dell laptop and I-phone for which I have made payment. You will not recieve any gift and also you have been foooled by them like others. Just dont waste your time behind them calling their useless customer care. Pls go and file a complain to cyber cell crime in your city.
You can cancel the package and ask them to send the pre sale recordings and also tell them to listen to those recordings and also ask your refund back because how you are fighting for your gift you will have to fight for your accomodation in future which they will never provide you and eat your hard earned money so it is better you cancel the packages and ask for your refund back and also file a fir in the cyber crime cell.

they are just passing time. In spite of my telling not to send any gift as I am not at the address which I had given them at the time of doing the transaction they sent a mtv sun glass as a gesture inconvenience caused that too is damaged one as per the person who received it thinking some courier for me and accepted the same. Also there is no use writing you just lodge a complaint with all the consumer forums send mails to all your friens and relatives cautioning them not to do any transaction with bagit today and this chain should go on.........
