Cheating by super saver holiday / Dining plus

I don't understand why you are asking the contact number because you have already called many times and took the card details.In my case you have called me and confirmed you will be refunding my money in same credit card account then why you are asking again contact number?

Please find my contact number "9900445869" and refund my money asap . I have already taken a legal action through hsbc bank and sent a customer dispute form to hsbc nodel officer and cced to all higher hsbc authority and going to surrender my hsbc platinum card due to this issue.

I am also victim of dinning plus. They called me on 26/04/2012 and they told they are issuing dinning plus card on the basis

of my credit card and it is of free of cost they spoke as though they were calling from hsbc(I have hsbc credit

card) they took my credit card details by asking as to verify my credit card and rightful owner. But to my surprise on27/04/2012 I received a message saying rs.5499 is deducted from you credit card for the super saver holiday of delhi offer. I tried to call them but nobody receiving call they dont give exact information about the product somehow manage to take credit card details and trouble people and they dont give enough time to think and pressurise people to take the plan. This kind of

business should be stopped.

I was also cheated on 12/10/2012 with the same method.I am trying to call them but nobody is receiving the call.Will police look into this kind of cyber crimes.
