DTDC non delivery of my parcel containing life saving onco injection

Dear sir, I am dealing with a bussiness of wholesale of medicines, my goods containing life saving on-co injection where dispatch from, zirakpur mohali, on /12, through dtdc courier for bhopal my consignment no. Is d09188086,, but till date I have no information of my parcel, which contains onco injection, my parcel is accompanying with proper bill,road permit and other formalities too.
