Regarding fraud insurance policy from Birla Sun life

I ameet prakash bathiya r/O: "uttam", behind uco bank, plot no. 86, samarthnagar, aurangabad 431001(maharashtra). I have already registered a complaint on 1st april 2011 and complaint token number is bsli-p-2011-000007.I have applied for policy of birla sun life company dated 09th july 2010 and the policy no. Is 156. The mentioned policy was received to me from mr. Sumedh badwe – branch head of aurangabad branch on date 19th january 011. The mentioned policy is not according to the proposer form details filled by me. Because of this reason I have applied for cancellation of this policy in aurangabad branch and thus deposited the original policy in aurangabad branch on date 21st january 2011 in free look period of this mentioned policy. I have came to know from customer care of the company that my policy was taken by my son sumeet bathiya on 3rd august 2010 by courier but to inform on this matter is that my age is just 22 years and I am unmarried so there is no way I have a child; so how this is possible? it was a plan made by branch head – mr. Sumedh badwe and agency manager – mr. Ajay gaikwad so that they can get the policy by courier and they have kept that policy with them for many days. I am aware that company has a rule that policy can be cancelled within 15 days. But as I have mentioned earlier I have got the policy on 19th january 2011 by branch manager directly only after going and meeting him several times. I have been cheated so I requested the higher authorities to invest thoroughly again right from the start and if the above information given by me is found true I request to please suspend the culprits branch manager – mr. Sumedh badwe and the agency manager – mr. Ajay gaikwad. The following person have cheated me regarding the policy – 1. Branch head – mr. Sumedh badwe. 2. Agency manager – mr. Ajay gaikwad. 3. Insurance advisor – mr. Shiwangirikar pankaj sadavshivrao I have also sent an advocate notice to the aurangabad branch considering legal norms to get the money amount rs.15009 /- Back with the interest @ 18 % p.M. And also rs.5000 /- Additional charges of advocate notice.
